Tuition Fees
New students are enrolled in a program once the confirmation and school fees have been paid. If the department decides to accept a student after the formal enrollment has been completed, the student will be given access to the teaching system as soon as the confirmation and school fees have been paid.
Tuition fees for new undergraduate students are always based on full study, except when the defined study plan allows for fewer than 17 ECTS credits in the first semester.
If the student does not pay the confirmation fee, the person's application will be cancelled.
Please note that tuition fees are per semester, and there are generally two semesters in each academic year. However, graduate programmes are three semesters for the School of Business, except Executive MBA).
Fees are stated in Icelandic Krona (ISK).

As noted above, University fees generally do not rise above general price increases. University fees associated with university cost increases are likely to change from year to year, so you should use the university fee PDF as a guide only. Once a programme is started, the tuition fee will remain the same so long as the study has no interruptions. If there is an interruption in the study, the current tuition fees at the time of returning to studies will apply.
